Personal data is stored in the Socie platform. This data is added by you or the App Manager.
The personal data used, and the privacy settings in the app are different for each community. Ask your App Manager about the privacy settings for your community.

Personal data is generally a collection of details that indicate proprietary information about an individual or that can be connected to an individual. This data can include your name, telephone number or email address. Personal data are all the details which we can connect to you.
Personal data is stored in order to share it with other members of the community. Members can view the information and contact each other.
At minimum, the e-mail address is stored to give a user access to the community. Personal details, such as home or work address and/or any other contact information can be added optionally.
An App Manager can add extra fields to a membership which can contain personal data. The App Manager can determine if the field is editable by the user.
The App Manager can add personal data manually or import the data. Importing a batch can be done by uploading a file (csv) or by connecting an external information system. Automatic imports can be done by connecting to an external information system.
A user can change his or her personal data, depending on the settings in the app.
Personal data could be shared in the app depending on the settings in the App Management and the settings of the user.
Personal data is exclusively shared with members of the private community.
If the community is publicly available, only the name of the individual is shown.
A user can change their own data, depending on the settings in the App Management.
The App Manager can't change personal data if there's an external information system connected. If technically possible, users can change their personal information via the app, in the external information system.
App Managers can change personal data if there's no external information system connected.
The data is stored until the community stops utilizing the app and is removed. Until then, only the App Manager can delete the personal data.
Personal data will be removed automatically if there's a connection with an external information system.
